What Does It Mean If I Have Stable Mild Bilateral Pelviectasis That Doesn’t Improve Post-void?

Hi, I was diagnosed with mild bilateral pelviectasis in May. It improved on the left side after urinating. One month later, I had a renal ultrasound that said stable mild pelvictasis that didn t improve post void, but they saw the jets and my bladder completely empty. I don t know what to think?
