What Does It Mean If My Son S Chest X-ray Shows No Infiltrates, Normal Pulmonary And Cardiac Findings, And Unremarkable Bones And Diaphragm?

Hi, Just got my son s chest xray and the findings are: There are no parenchymal infitrates are noted.. The pulmonary vascular pattern is within normal. The cardiac shadow is not enlarged. The diaphragm, costophrenic sulci and the ossseous structures are unremarkable.
