What Does It Mean To Be Asymptomatic After Testing Positive For COVID-19?

I have a doctor s appt for blood work to see if I have enough antibodies to resist and fight covid 19..in the past 3months I have tested positive, but am negative now, in those three months I have been told I am a systomatic showed no signs, what does that even mean. My employer is mandating that i get the vaccine, I m not convinced and I am going for blood work to show that I have enough antibodies
