What Does It Mean To Have Low WBC And Low Blood Sugar Level On Tests?

My daughter had blood work come back with a low white blood cell count and a low non-fasting blood sugar. In addition, her pallor is very pale and she has been complaining of not feeling well and being fatigued for two months. What are the possible diagnoses?

Hi
Thanks for asking
Based on your query my opinion is as follows
1. Low WBC count means the body' s defense mechanism will not be good enough to overcome infections.
2. Being pale and feeling of fatigue are pointers of anemia. In this condition hemoglobin will be low.
3. Get her hemoglobin levels checked to rule out anemia.
4. Low blood sugars means she can get tired easily. She needs to take frequent feeds, along with improving on her nutrition
Hope this helps
