What Does It Mean To Have Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Chin And In The Neck?

For the past month, it has felt like the lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen. Additionally more lumps have been forming under my chin and some of them are tender. I don t feel sick or anything, there is just uncomfortable swelling. What does this mean?
