Hello and welcome,

It is possible to ovulate two eggs in one cycle as we know from studies of twin babies. So it is not very unusual. The tying of the tube does not have any effect on ovulation. The cramps may be occurring due to rupture of two follicles and release of fluids.

There may be other reasons for cramps like gastritis or stomach infection, kidney problems and uterine causes like fibroids. So please get an examination by a doctor to determine the cause.
Hope this satisfies your query.
