What Does It Mean To Sense An Air Flow In Ear As I Exhale?

I feel an air flow out of my left ear as I exhale. When I pinch my nose, and close my mouth, inhale, it gives temporary relief from the pressure and air flow. I am looking for a natural method of healing these symptoms permanently. I suggest it has to do with the eustachain tube.
