Hello,

White spots or raised vesicles may be due to tonsillitis or pharyngitis. It may due to pustules on tonsillar crypts lead to pus formation.

Use salt water gargling and water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days.

Use antibiotics like amoxiclav.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
