What Does Itching On The Left Side Of The Neck Indicate?

I started itching on the left side of neck close to collar bone onChristmas Day - thought it might have been areaction to a cheap necklace. the itch turned to welp like streaks of Blistery bumps that have spread to smaller cluster on the back of left side of neck and left shoulder I Am a 56 yea4 old female. Had a mild case of chickenpox when I was 17 Internet has me concerned it could be anything from scabies, shingles, staph infection to cancer. Should 8 go to emergency room or wait until Tuesday and see my regular doctor

Your symptoms seem to be related to herpes zoster.
A physical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-prescribed antiviral medicine is needed
-apply cool tap-water compresses to weeping blisters for 20 minutes several times a day to soothe and help dry the blisters.
-Keep the area clean with mild soap and water.
