What Does Itchy, Swollen, Painful Clitoris With Positive Leukocytes In Urine Mean?

Just curious my clit is itchy, swollen, n hurts when something even clothing garments is touching it. But along with the itching, there is discharge with no odor. It burns to pee and I took an at home uti test twice it showed the leukocytes positive and nitrite negative.I ve taken the test twice both times the same. I don t have a Dr or an obgyn... what do you think may be the cause? I m miserable what can I do?? I work full time n go to school full time so there is no time to go try a clinic. And the hospital where I m from didn t think anything was wrong, says I might nee d a scope.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection and now super added bacterial infection locally and in urinary tract as well.
Go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
