What Does Itchy Welts On Legs During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am 13 weeks 5 days pregnant and my legs no all of my legs but certain areas are itchy and when I scratch, it looks like I have bug bites well welt like things. Don t itch all the time. Is my baby in any danger? Please let me know so if I have to call my OBGYN in the morning

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Benadryl which si safe to use during pregnancy. I also suggest using steroid cream for local application.
