What Does Knee X-ray As Diaphysis Of Femur Suggest?
The following is the result of my knee x-ray. Due to the holidays no orthopedist can see me until 1/3. Will this get better by itself? What should I do in the meantime. My fall happened on 12/5 and I had the x-rays done a week ago today.
There is a linear lucency extending from the distal
diaphysis of the right femur to the intercondylar notch. This may represent a nondisplaced fracture. It also extends
anteriorly to the articular surface of the patellofemoral
articulation.
