Hi, Your lab report seems to indicate a possibility for an autoimmune connective disease especially along with the symptoms you are having. These lab findings and some of the clinical findings are suggestive of a disease entity known as sjogren's syndrome. it mainly causes dry mouth and dry eyes and other problems. I would advice you to consult a physician and discuss various treatment options for you which will include steroids and immunomodulatory drugs. Also a full blood workup is recommended to rule out an underlying malignancy seen in 20% of patients with sjogren syndrome. The disease is nowadays treated very nicely with new medications with minimal sideeffects. I would advice you to remain positive and start getting treated which wil help you long way in remaining fit without any concern for large part of your long life. hope you have a super healthy life do let me know if you have any more questions for me
