Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns .
Ultrasound can detect fetal pole and cardiac activity only after6 weeks of gestation.
Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion, ectopic pregnancy or subchorionic haemorrhage.
If the fetal pole or cardiac activity is not visible currently, then you should get a repeat ultrasound after1 week to confirm the situation.
Further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
