General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would suggest you to get examined by a gynecologist. By doing so, you may not just clear your doubts, but also understand your body better. In addition to that, hormonal imbalance can cause loss of libido and female sexual dysfunction.

Moreover, other conditions that may produce the complaints you have mentioned are stress, depression, chronic diseases, alcohol, drug abuse, intake of medications like anti-depressants and diabetes to name a few. However, it is less likely that you are missing any nerve or anything.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
