Hello,
taking your medical history into account, it seems that you had uncontrolled blood pressure for a long time. High blood pressure causes increased load on the heart, which results in heart muscle hypertrophy. This is easy to detect during the echo and needs treatment with antihypertensive drugs of the renin angiotensin system like the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or the angiotensin receptor blockers.

King regards!
