What Does Left Kidney Having Prominent Pelvicalyceal System Mean?
dear Dr i have 9mm stone in pelviureteric region of left kidney. 4 month ago i undergone ESWL... stone in form of fraction got passed. after 1 month a relatively bigger residue of stone got passed with sever pain... then just after i go for USG and finding of USG are RT kidney all normal. Left kidney has prominent pelvicalyceal system with no calculus in kidney and ureter renal cortical thickness is 12-13 mm and size 10.6x 5.4 cm. urinary bladder has normal interior and thin walls no stone or mass seen. dear Dr plz what meant by prominent pelvicalyceal system
