What Does Light Pink Discharge On Tissue Indicate If Not Pregnant?

I m not pregnant and cannot possibly be well very unlikely as I have been sterilised but came over poorly with very high temperature suddenly this evening now since coming to bed I have been to the toilet (passed urine only) which didn t feel abnormal but there was light pink on the tissue when I wiped what could this be?? Is it signs of a UTI??

Hello,

Your symptoms, especially with fever, is concerning for urinary tract infection. It is important to get a urine analysis and culture done and start antibiotics if needed at the earliest.
So please follow up with the urgent care.
