What Does Liquefaction Time 60 And Active(progressive):10 Indicates?
I am a male 31 years of age, and 165cm . 83kg in weight. Me and wife consulted gynecologist . I ve noticed that my speak count. liquefaction time 60 Active (Progressive) 10 Doctor found 2 problem on my result. And suggest an urologist . With in 3 days I will go to doctor. Can you explain about my problem and are these major problem , how can overcome this situation.
Though findings are not clearly mentioned,your findings may suggest low sperm count and low motility of sperms. Normally sperm motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests only 10 % motility,so it is low. Sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Besides proper clinical examination,you may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of scrotum.
It is important to exclude any surgical reasons for low sperm motility and low count.Ultrasound and clinical examination is helpful. Hormone assay can be done if needed.
Take nutritious diet and antioxidants. If low motility and sperm count is low then you may need assisted fertilization techniques.
Other findings like liquefaction time is normal. You should also try to decrease your weight.
