Pain is excruciated. My family doctor gave my in injection where I feel the pain. Pain is same better when I stand up worst when I lay down. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The liquid in the abdomen may mean a cyst rupture that may have dropped the content in abdomen causing the pain.

Please visit a gynaecologist to check by ultrasound that it isn't something more serious such apoplectic ovary or extrauterine pregnancy. Do check bHcg levels also.

Take antiinflammatory drugs such Advil or naproxen for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
