Hello

Your findings suggests liver parenchymal disease.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, cirrhosis, alcohol intake, auto immune causes etc.

Your findings suggests complications of liver parenchymal disease.
It is indicated by presence of portal hypertension and enlarged spleen.
Due to liver parenchymal disease, there is alteration in elasticity of liver cells and this gives rise to complications.

Findings also suggests presence of calculus in gall bladder.Definitive treatment is surgical removal of gall bladder(cholecystectomy).

Get well soon.
Take Care
