Hello and welcome to HCM,
The liver enzymes- SGOT, SGPT are within normal limits.
The total bilirubin of 0.65 mg/dl, direct bilirubin of 0.18 mg/dl, indirect bilirubin of 0.047 are within normal limits.
Total proteins of 7.5 mg/dl, albumin of 4.6 mg/dl and globulin of 2.7 mg/dl are also within normal limits.
Thus, the liver function tests are also within normal limits.
TSH level of 5.5 is also within normal limits.

Fatty liver is caused by various causes like alcoholic liver disease, starvation, obesity, malnutrition, diabetes etc.
In order to revert the fatty liver, these risk factors have to be controlled.

Thanks and take care
