What Does Loss Of Normal Lordosis & Features Of Mild Spondylosis Means?

My mom is suffering head spins from last 10 days.showed physician he gave stemetil twice a day.if persists told to visit an ENT.showed ENT he told to get an xray done of cervical spine.report says loss of normal lordosis & features of mild spondylosis noted in the cervical spine.nw wat ??

Loss of normal lordosis & features of mild spondylosis are age related findings.Loss of normal lordosis is due to spasm of muscles.
Spondylosis of cervical spine can cause reeling of head.
She need physiotherapy,analgesics and muscle relaxants.
MRI cervical spine can be done to assess nerve status.
She should also give stress to posture correction.
