Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am on medication for high blood preesure and I have type two diabetes I take metformin. I recently started invocana to help get my a1c down. My blood pressure usually runs 145/80, the last week my blood pressure has been between 106/66 and 99/61. Should I be concerned.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your blood pressure.
As per you history you have irregular blood pressure between 100/60-145/66. As you know the mean is 120/80. As you have not mentioned your age I think there is no concern with upper one because till lower side (diastolic) is stable no need to worry.
Because you have diastolic blood pressure near 60 which is to be concerned. You need to visit a general physician for further evaluation.
Hope my answer will help you. Whish you a good health ahead.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
