What Does Low Concentration Of Bilirubin In Urine Indicate?

Hello. I saw a walk in clinic doctor last Sunday and he told me I have a moderate amount of biliburan in my urine. Just last week, I had some MINOR stomach discomfort. One night I had a slight fever. Next day it was gone. In May I had a full physical and everything checked out. Normal ranges. I am seeing my doctor next week and getting another blood test tomorrow. The doctor gave me an anti-biotic in case I had a urinary track infection. I feel fine now. I have been a beer drinker all my life. Stopping now. I m researching biliburan extensively now. What does a moderate amount of biliburan mean in urine. He said it was not in the Severe category. Please answer.

Hi,
Passing bilirubin is not usually found in urine.
This shows some infection or some damage in your liver.
Go for SGPT, SGOT, S. bilirubin to know condition of liver.
As you are regular of beer there can be some problem in your liver.
Try to quit beer.
Ok and take care.
