What Does Low Density Intramural Lesions Within Uterus Mean?

My CT report states I have a 9 mm subendometrial mass/cyst, causing mass effect upon the endometrium near the fundus AND there are additional low density intramural lesions within the uterus, with the largest measuring 11 mm in diameter and demonstrates peripheral vascularity. Also, note I am on day 3 of my period as of this CT scan. Would you please tell me what this means in lamens terms and what I should do about it? THanks.
