What Does Low Grade Fever Along With Rashes On The Legs Indicate?

Hi I am reaching out. My husband had a liver transplant back in September. Long story short...the clinic has been on top of seeing him. We saw his kidney doc last week, and in the meantime he has gotten a rash all over his legs and arms, running a lower grade fever and just super tired. I have a fever as well, and have wanted to sleep non-stop.... what could this possibly be?
