What Does Lower Back Pain And Dizziness Indicate?

Hi iv been getting there symptoms jelly type discharge from bum, dizziness, burning sensation in lower back, abdominal pain, swollen belly here and there, extreme tiredness, thirsty all the time, vaginal discharge (more than normal) and my partner of 8 years has discharge, itchyness/soreness on the tip of his penis, tender testicles, & burning sensations I had all these symptoms 2 years ago when my partner cheated and gave me chlamydia, could this be the same thing or could it be symptoms of something else?
