What Does Lower Backache Along With Nausea And Vomiting Indicate?

I have had a pain in my lower right back for several weeks. It is worse if I move just right. Sometimes, especially at night, I have chills and sweats and some nights the pain is so bad it comes in waves causeing me to cry out and wake up my spouse. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite. My doctor has already obtained a urine test but has not called me with any problems.

Go for an ultrasonography abdomen to look for renal stones or ureteric stones. Take tab. Myospaz Forte till the pain subsides. Ureteric stones cause pain at night, when the stone migrates from upper pole to lower.
