What Does Lump Behind Ear Alongwith Dizziness And Earache Indicate?
I just noticed a lump behind my ear, it doesn t hurt but, I can also feel something strange when I swallow..like something is stuck, I noticed it when I took my thyroid medication a few days ago, I have been having an earache on and off in that ear sometimes I feel dizzy. I was diagnosed with anxiety/panic attacks but, have been feeling better lately..

The lump behind the ear is usually due to either a lymph node or a sebaceous cyst.
With the history of your throat problems along with the ear pains you have, this is most likely to be a lymph node.
I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment.
It is good that your other problems are under control.
