What Does Lump On Bottom Of The Heel Indicate?
I have this what seems to be lump or knot on the bottom of my right heel. It it s sore to walk on and if step on it or something just right is is very painful. I ve had it for about 3 months now and it won t seem to go away. I try to rest it as much as possible but my job requires me to be on my feet my whole shift. Not sure how it got started. Was thinking maybe I stepped on something while running but I can t seem to recall.
