What Does Lump On Vagina Indicates?

I have a large lump on the labia of my vagina. It was tender, but now it is bleeding. I am sexually active(been two months since I have had sex) and I have never had this before. It feels like a large cyst or something but I am not sure. Any ideas on what it could be?
