My self shobha from india.
i have one relative who suffered disease report days she has problem due to T.B.Menigitis or possibilities of Lung metastisis. CT scan report says she has mass of cells on lungs and on brain.
what to do in this case?

1.There is a lung mass seen in the CT thorax.
2.Few lesions noted in the brain.
3.The features suggest that the lung mass what seen could be the primary lesion / malignancy and brain lesions are metastasis.
4.To confirm the diagnosis a BIOPSY from the lung lesion would help.
5.The treatment will be chemo and radio therapy depending on the patients age and other medical conditions. Good luck.
