What Does Migraine During Treatment For Breast Cancer Indicate?

I am a 46 year black women, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2009, 2010 had a mastecomy, finished chemo and 33 rounds of radiation in november 2011, in dec 2011 to the present have been experienceing headaches which mimincks strokes, double vision, slurred speech, paralysis on the left side vertigo and when it gets really bad im unable to speak or move, I have had numerous ct scans spinal tap and mri which have come out negative each time, as of march of 2014, i was diagnosed with migraines headaches, please give me insight into this matter

Yes maigraine headaches is common and not necessarily associated with breast cancer or it's treatment. So the first thing is to treat it as independent disease since the scans are negative.
Yes it's always good to think about metastasis to the brain.
Hormonal changes due to breast can also cause migraine headache so it's necessary to check them.
Consult oncologist. for follow up.
