Hello,

I will suggest you to treat the problem of chronic sinusitis by taking antibiotics (ENT doctor will help you) as evident on CT scan (mucosal thickening of sinuses). Also, these is some dilatation of ventricular system means that the water channels in brain are very mild dilated (normal if you are aged above 65). But if you feel dementia, memory problem, problem in balancing gait or walk or any urinary control problem, you should consult a neuro-physician as the these symptoms along with this CT scan report will indicate "normal pressure hydrocephalus" which requires treatment. Age related mild atrophic changes otherwise do not require any treatment and nothing to worry about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
