WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Mild suparaspinatus , tendinosis and small partial longitudinal tear of the proximal extracapular segment of the long biceps tendon at the level og the bicipital groove, mild arthrosis of the acromioclavicular articulation joint, moderate volume joint effusion.
it suggest you have what is called a frozen shoulder and some injuries to the muscle and tendons around your shoulder you will be having pain and restriction of shoulder movements you are advised to see an shoulder specialist and a physiotherapist for the correct treatment
