Hi,

Histopathology suggests the probable diagnosis of lichen planus. It is a benign condition causing no harm.

Topical steroid cream would improve the condition. If needed, take oral steroids in a tapering dose. Avoid stress and trauma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
