Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

The home pregnancy test is very sensitive and if its negative it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. You should repeat it after 3 days if you have still not got your period.

The months when you are trying to conceive can be quite stressful and this can alter the cycle and flow. If you have had a illness like cold or fever can also alter the flow, so do not get worked up about it.
Just wait for a day or two.

Take Folic acid while you ara trying to conceive.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
