Hello hope my answer till the time of your doctor's appointment satisfy and make the finding be clear with some clarifications.your ultrasound shows multiple cyst in various organs as ovary, liver and kidney.A cyst is simple, benign and painless till it is small size and uniformly cystic that is fluid filled only and not giving any symptoms as the case in you is for hepatic and renal cyst as per ultrasound report but suspicious for ovarian lesion as solid which needs your doctor consultation and any further imaging as CT SCAN or MRI along with some tumor markers. Also left sided kidney is obstructed antegradely by ureteric stone causing hydronephrosis that will be needing mnagement as referal to a urologist but combined multidisciplinary approach will be more favourable for you madam.
