Welcome to health care magic.

1.Hyperexpantion of the lung fields with lucency in upper zones are features of emphysematous changes.
2.In acute case one can think in terms of pneumothorax - which needs immediate treatment.
3.Coarsening of the interstitial lung markings are seen in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - COPD.
4.Generally seen in smokers. Reticulo-nodular - The thickening of the interstitium can be reticular, reticulonodular, linear where the predominant pattern is a result of the underlying pathological process.
5.At this point a course of antibiotic might help for acute infection / symptoms - if symptoms persists - computer tomography thorax will be needed.

Good luck.
