What Does Mild Posterior Disc Bulge At C5/6 Level From MRI Indicate?

Dear Doctor,My MRI scan result is as given below:IMPRESSION:1.Mild posterior disc bulge at c5/6 level, causing maild canal stenosis.2 .Small hyperintense lesion in right lateral aspect of spinal cord at
c6 level, could be due demyelinating disease or cord edema due to
canel stenosis.

3 .Please correlate with clinical features.
Please advise.
