Hi Doctor, in ct-scan of KUB impression is Mild right hydroureteronephrosis due to right VUJ calculus. Doctor prescribed bellow tabs Dorin -M Staghorn cap Urixime-250 tab Veltam 0.4 tab My calculated size is 6*3 mm in right VUJ Please suggest me will it go naturally or leads to surgery .? My age is 26,Karthik and preparation for bank job exams but because of this I lost concenstration ..please suggest me any remedies along with .?

Ho.

Hydroureteronephrosis is the accumulation/stagnation of fluids in the kidney and the ureters due to a stone being lodged at the vesicoureteric junction.

The treatment options include the use of medications to break down the stone or surgery to expel it at the earliest. Please take the medications as prescribed, but in your case I guess surgery would be best.
