What Does Mild Tear With Disc Bulging And Bone Marrow Edema Mean?

Hi. I'm trying to understand my lumbar MRI report which says I have bone marrow edema at L5/S1 consistent with acute stress change, a small disc bulge with posterior annular tear at L5/S1 which slighly impresses on the ventral thecal sac and encroaches into the neural foramina without central canal narrowing, and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.
