What Does Mild To Moderate Ethmoid Air Cell Mucosal Thickening Mean?

Hello, What does it mean when MRI findings with & without contrast state - Post-gadolinium imaging demonstrates wide patency of the sinuses? Mild to Moderate ethmoid air cell mucosal thickening? Another report 2 yrs ago stated significant thickening of the tongue palate this remains the same - Should I be concerned or see a ENT specialist? Thank you in advance!

Probably just sinusitis with some congestion. Typically caused by allergy, hay fever, or viral infection.
