What Does 'mini Vascular Disease' On An MRI Indicate?

A recent MRI indicated 'mini vascular disease', I suffer from a 'chromic fatigue' feeling and ocassionally a brief lightheadedness (as if I were about to faint). Is this a causal condition for kmy fatigue? I will be seeing a neurologist shortly but am looking for a heads-up on what migh be in store.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.According to the report, it suggest small vessel ischemic changes - which is seen as a age related changes.
2.In this there will be T2 and FLAIR hyper intensities mostly in the peri ventricular region bilaterally symmetrical.
3.The possibilities can be due to the underlying medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes and vascular pathologies.
4.In order to get relief symptomatically further laboratory test for blood is needed.
5.According to the findings the treatment depends on age and blood pathologies.

Good luck.
