What Does Missed Period With Pregnancy Symptoms Mean?

I had a positive hpt on October 22, a negative blood test on October 28, yet no period yet and still have pregnancy symptoms including darkening aereolas and larger breasts, constipation, tiredness, keen sense of smell and aversion to certain foods. Could I still be pregnant?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Yes Missed periods, these symptoms (darkening aereolas and larger breasts, constipation, tiredness, keen sense of smell and aversion to certain foods), A positive home pregnancy test(HPT) should mean you are pregnant.
Sometimes in early pregnancy blood pregnancy test can be negative due to less HCG hormone in blood. With progression of pregnancy this test will become more positive & level of HCG hormone in blood will increase. This problem might have also occured due to wrong report of negative pregnancy test interpreted by lab technician.
You are advised to do a repeat home pregnancy test(HPT).
