Hello and welcome to HCM,
Diarrhea since two months is unlikely to be due to infection.
Infections usually clear up within days after treatment.
A long history of gastrointestinal symptoms is suggestive of some chronic disorder.
Low levels of vitamin B 12 can occur in any condition which interferes wit the absorptive surface of small intestine.
Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohns disease is one of inflammatory bowel disease) can lead to gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea, absorption, vitamin B 12 deficiency etc.
However crohns disease is a diagnosis of exclusion i.e. all other possibilities have to be ruled out before a diagnosis of inflammatory disease is made.
Thus, you need to discuss your symptoms with your gastroenterologist before any definitive diagnosis can be made.

Thanks and take care
