What Does Multiple Follicles In Ultrasound Mean?
my doctor said u have follicle in your right ovary but somehow i could not get pregnant then she put me on clomide she says ur ultrasound report says u have multiple follicles in your ovaries n u will get pregnant this time i wanna ask multiple follicles means i can get pregnant with more than one kid or it means pcos?

For a lady to get pregnant the follicles must get mature and ripen to release the egg during ovulation. If there is no ovulation, the egg will not be released. In the absence of follicles, one of which is the dominant follicle no egg will be released. If you have multiple follicles it means that more than one follicles are maturing due to clomide and eggs will surely be released during ovulation leading to greater chances of pregnancy.
