What Does Multiple Small Follicles At Periphery Of Ovaries Suggest?

Hi doctors..

I've done a scan and they reproted the I've a multiple small sized follicles are seen arranged at the preiphery of both ovaries with centeral echogenic stroma, non could be measured more then 0.3cm in diameter on 12th day of the cycle, suggestive of polycystic ovaries.

Please explane what does these means???? I'm so worred
