What Does My CBC Panel Results Suggest?

just got my CBC panel results back.. my WBC was 3.75 with lymphs% 44.3, monocytes 6.7%, eosinophil 1.1% and basophil .8%. My rbc is ok but my hgb seems a bit low (11.8). platelets are 260.

I suffer from extreme fatigue, bone/joint pain and headaches...are these numbers concerning or potentially a cause of those?

Your report is normalexcept basophil count, seem's to be on little higher side. You should under go further in vestigation to exclude tuberculosis. Whatis reading of ESR. Do mantoux test. Gofor sputum test toisolate AFB. After weget the result treatment can be streamlined.
